SARAH BALLANTYNE-BRODIE, Psychologist.
Rising High Psychological Services is a child psychology clinic, founded in 2009 by Sarah Ballantyne-Brodie and is currently based in Caulfield North. At the present time, Rising High is run by Sarah who is a highly specialised psychologist who works with children, adolescents, families and schools to bring about supportive, tailored and positive changes for the young people she sees.
Sarah is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and holds a current Working With Childrens Check. She has 13-years experience working as a psychologist in the Government school system, and has expert knowledge and skills in the education sector. Sarah has 10-years experience working in private practice with children and families.
Sarah offers a range of treatments to support children and teenagers, and guides and supports parents to help their children manage their emotions and behaviours more appropriately. The service is tailored to support every young person she sees, and his or her, specific needs. Sarah aims to help understand and develop a plan to address the young person’s difficulties. At the same time, acknowledging and nurturing their areas of strength in order to help them to reach their potential. Sarah’s intricate knowledge of the school system, and its procedures, allows her to support schools to provide for their student’s emotional, learning and social needs.
